Your project abroad awaits.
Time to Move is a collection of events for young people organised during October. These activities will introduce you to the hundreds of possibilities through which you can go abroad and take part in an international project, explore Europe or gain experience you need for your future. All the activities are run by Eurodesk information experts, always ready to have a discussion and help you find the international project most suitable for your needs. Volunteering in another country for a few months? School exchange for a semester? Internships abroad? We have you covered.
Why do we think an experience abroad is good for you?
You have probably heard many times people saying you need to get out of your comfort zone, haven’t you? You need to grow up, they say. Everyone seems to agree with this idea. Indeed, in the comfort zone, which is rather a psychological state than a place, you feel safe, secure and familiar. But what about living adventures?
Find a Time to Move activity close to you.
From an information session to a rock concert, Time to Move events are organised by Eurodesk information experts to be versatile so everyone can find the activity that makes them move. Browse through your country and find an activity close to you.
Cannot attend the activities?
Oh no! But do not worry too much. We prepared a nice collection of up-to-date opportunities in four categories that you can grab right away.

Help Alex to find a project abroad and win an iPad mini.
After finishing the studies in Kaunas, Lithuania, 21-years-old Alex is confused about what to do now. In the last years Alex has been going with the flow, unable to decide whether to continue studying or to look for a job. Now that Alex finished school, the feeling of being lost is even stronger. However, a classmate suggested to Alex the possibility to move abroad and take part in a project that could improve skills and decide on the future. ‘I do not see myself abroad’, Alex said, but after the conversation, Alex slowly started to get comfortable with the possibility. Yet, Alex has never been away from friends or relatives, so the excitement and fear are together in a cocktail shaker. Where to start? Alex is confused. Help Alex to find a project abroad and win an iPad mini.
